HeadShots

IMG_6183.JPG
Subject: The subject looks interesting because there is two colors in the shirt so it makes it pop out and also the necklace adds a little more to it.
Content: The subject conveys a emotion of confusion in the face.
Light: The lighting is good. I used two constant strobe lights.
Composition: I can only see the composition of balance. If you split it in half then they are the same on both sides.

IMG_9093.JPG
Subject: The subject is interesting the picture because the picture being in black and white really adds a lot to this photo. The darker colors really stick out.
Content: The subject conveys an emotion of happiness which is almost the exact opposite of what black and white images usually convey so I think that is really interesting.\
Light: They lighting is really good in this photo it does a good job of bringing out the white in the photo and balancing the dark and light.
Composition: The only composition rule i can think of is balance and maybe rule of thirds but not very much.

IMG_6184.JPG
Subject: The subject is interesting because I am making a funny face and looking away from the camera.
Content: The subject conveys a emotion of goofiness, due to the funny face and the hand under the chin.
Light: The lighting was good. I used two constant strobe lights.
Composition: The only one I could see was balance.

Headshot Plan

1. I will be using 2 light sources and a reflector for the lamp

2. I will be using constant light because i think it looks better in a photo.

3. If we aren't allowed to have someone else press the button on the camera then i will need one to be able to take the photo

4. I will have strobe lights

5. I will probably be using a normal lens that comes with the camera because i won't need to zoom in very far at all.

Motion Preview

1.The reason for movement blur is simply that the amount of time that the shutter of a camera is open is long enough to allow your camera’s image sensor to ‘see’ the movement of your subject.

2. Decrease ISO and Small Aperture

3.Even small changes in shutter speed will have a big impact upon your shot – so you want to shoot in a mode that gives you full control over it.

4. Decrease ISO, Small Aperture and Try a Neutral Density Filter

5. 1/500 and 1/20

6. Because thats what you want to appear to be moving fast so you must focus on a specific target.

7. So that you are able to get the subject right in front of you. This allows you to take many photos at once.

8. AI-Servo tracks focus on moving subjects so as your subject moves closer or moves further away your camera constantly updates focus to keep the subject as sharp as possible

9. Because sports photos are has motion and you use this when you have motion.

10.When you switch to BBF you no longer need the focus mode selector on your lens because the camera will no longer refocus when you press the shutter down.

Stock Photography and Legal Issues

Step 3:
1. Model release is a document that says the people who signed it have given the photographer permission to use the photo that they are in. This is used to protect you.
2. You should keyword your photos because it makes it easier to find a photo or photos.
3. Because they could sue you if you don't have permission.
4. To have as much photos as you can.

Step 4:
5. Because you wont have to share any of the money from the photos.
6. Because they need to be careful if they have to share the money or not cause that would be very bad for the designer.
7. Take your own photos.
8. The rights managed protects what you see in the photo and royalty free means you dont have to share any of the money you make from the photo.

Step 5:
9. If i shoot a baseball/sport game do i need permission?
10. Because people do it all the time. And im sure the athletes sign something about that.

Still Life Preview

Step 2:
1. Fruit, flowers and people
2. The photographer must consider the way the subject is set up. In still Life photos the subject must look nice around the background. You also must consider the background. Also there cant be any movement in the photo.
3. Because lighting is a very important part in still life photos because it helps put emphasis on the subject.
4. Because sometimes you want it to be a lighter photo.

Step 3:

2. You can take photos like advertising a certain thing at your house.
3. Advertisers and marketers
4. Because it is a great business to get money cause people are always looking to sell something so they need a photo to show it off.

Step 4:
1. Sports balls, like, baseball, football, basketball, soccer and softball.
2. I would use a plain black or plain white background curved in the back so it doesn't have any edges.
3. The feeling of wanting to get up and get active.
